How Do I Place an Order?
To purchase any of our products simply select your chosen product(s) and click the "buy now" button. Your product will be added to the shopping cart; this will automatically open a new browser window. When ready to complete your purchase, click the "View Cart" button at the bottom of the shop pages. Click the Checkout button and you will be taken to the secure payment pages. Once your order is completed you will be sent an email confirming your purchase.

How Can I Pay for My Order?
PayPal is a highly secure method to safely and conveniently send and receive payments online using your debit or credit card.

When Will I Receive My Order?
Your order will normally be dispatched the same working day if your order is received before 3:00pm GMT, or the next working day if your order is received after 3:00pm or on Saturday/Sunday/Bank Holiday. Orders are shipped via Royal Mail. United Kingdom delivery normally takes 1-3 working days, European delivery up to 10 working days, and International delivery up to 14 working days. Please note that unfortunately we are unable to control delivery times and sometimes delivery can take slightly longer. If you need your order by a certain date, please contact us prior to placing an order to avoid disappointment.

If your order is returned to us undelivered, we will be happy to arrange redelivery, however the return and redelivery costs will be the buyer's responsibility.
Orders will be sent to the delivery address the customer has provided when placing the order.

How Much Is Postage & Packaging?

Postage and packaging is free for orders within the United Kingdom.
European delivery starts at £3.40.
International delivery (outside Europe) starts at £4.20.

How Do I Return An Item?
In order to receive a refund, products must be returned within 14 days of delivery (delivery date is deemed as no later than 5 days after dispatch) and items must be returned unused and unopened. Under no circumstances will we refund or exchange opened or used products.

If you wish to return any unopened an unopened products, you must contact us in writing via email within 7 days of delivery and provide us with your contact details and order reference number. After receiving a confirmation email from us with return instructions, please send the goods to us, and we will refund or exchange your product upon receipt. Please note that the goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt. We reserve the right to refuse returned items if the item(s) are not in their original sealed resaleable condition, if the request to return or exchange has been made after the 7-day cooling off period, or no request for a return or exchange has been made before returning items.

If you wish to return any faulty or damaged goods, you must contact us in writing via email within 48 hours of delivery.

Refunds can be made via the original payment method up to 14 days after the purchase was made.

Requests for a return or exchange must be made before returning items.
